I've been working with Natasha for a few months now, following months of inactivity due to illness and injury. The sessions have really helped loosen open up my shoulders, ribcage, and mid back, which have been problem areas. She is highly knowledgeable about anatomy, and is really tuned into my movements, breathing, etc., through our session. She is definitely 100% on the whole time, which I appreciate.
I've also worked with Lindsey, as well as the owner, Jessica, when Natasha isn't available. All three have slightly different teaching methods, but I enjoyed working with each of them. No matter who is teaching, the session starts with a check-in about how I'm feeling, and then the exercises are tailored to that.
I've only had to reschedule once or twice, but it has been easy. I recommend this practice. It's a great way to start the day, and a good complement physical therapy and/or to other exercise programs.
