I've worked with a variety of personal trainers before, but none motivated me to stick with it consistently as much as at Demco Fitness. Sonja truly works hard to provide you with a personalized, long term fitness program. She creates a schedule for each of her clients with all the exercises to do over several weeks, walks you through all of them as you go, and can explain why each routine is important. After working with Sonja for about a year, I've noticed a huge improvement in my fitness that's helped me to do things such as bike from Seattle to Portland and spend 40+ days skiing this past winter.
I also found semi-personal training to be much more fun than just having one person watch you do all your reps for the full hour. You get to work out with a few other people all doing their own programs, and Sonja is still always there to help you out and push you further. If you're really nervous about working out with other people at first, you can always book a few private sessions to start out. I highly recommend Demco Fitness and am really sad I have to find a new gym when I move.
