This is the most effective gym I've been to - if you're wanting to step up your game getting into shape this is the place. The personal training option is a great way to get started, the strength training and cardio classes really push you to your limits! Now they offer regular yoga classes which are great to mix in between the other classes.

My favorite part about Belltown is I learn something new literally every time I go! All the instructors hold a/multiple certification(s), which many studios and gyms don't require to be an instructor. Their attention to detail and one on one coaching even in group settings is awesome! My only critique is there aren't a ton of times on the schedule to take classes, which can be tricky if you have a jam packed and busy schedule!

Karla was an excellent instructor and the equipment and space were perfect for the kettlebell course. As a first time visitor it was a little difficult to find the studio however once I found it, I enjoyed the challenging class.

Hannah and her team are amazing trainers. I love the small class sizes for more individualized training. Go for the monthly membership, totally worth it!

Love this spot! All of the instructors, especially Hannah, are fantastic. They walk you through each move and correct form as needed. The workouts vary but revolve around kettlebell-based movements. The gym is small, but spacious enough for the usual size of class. It also makes it more one-to-one training depending on the time of day.

This place is awesome. Hannah, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and a great coach. Only downside is the lack of showers :(
