I've been going to Peter for seven months now and he has helped me exceed my initial goal and more. He's helped me lose the weight, cut down my body fat % and has also helped me from a nutritional end. He helped me to lay out a (reasonable) 360 plan - my work outs, what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat. I live literally to eat so it was challenging for me to start changing my eating habits, but he held me accountable and was there every step of the way. For every type of food I would grumble about, he helped me to find a different alternative so I didn't feel like I was losing the joy in eating. When we're at the gym, I'm a lot more comfortable there now than I was starting off. Beforehand, I didn't know what the machines were, how many reps I should be doing; now, I'm more confident going in because Peter explains every detail to me and is quick to correct me when I'm doing something wrong or when my form is off. Every session I have with Peter is more challenging than the last, and quite honestly, any trainer willing to meet you at 5AM on Mondays is a trainer worth keeping.

I have been training with Peter for several years now. I truly enjoy our workouts even when I'm cursing him silently in my head! There is no doubt that Peter will push you to your limits and probably ask more of you than you think you are capable, but the truth is that you are capable and choosing Peter as a personal trainer is to help you overcome your own self imposed limitations. His workouts are varied and intense and there has never been a time that I have expressed a new or different goal and not had Peter immediately react and change our routine to help me achieve my new goals whether they be fat reduction, cardio health, flexibility or strength. You will be thrilled with your results if you choose to train with Peter. Best of luck on your journey to a healthier and better self!

B-fit is a great resource for major weight-loss goals! Peter is an awesome trainer, offering a variety of services, I came to him with a big weight loss goal, and during our time together we have made significant progress. Peter's training program is comprehensive. Besides receiving a great workout during our time together every week, Peter provides all the tools to be successful. This includes nutritional/meal strategies, at home work outs, as well coaching and support. Whatever your goal, Peter can help you get there!

If you're serious about training and really want someone to hold you accountable, this is a good program. He challenged me which is what I was looking for. I loved all the exercises and the resistance training was good, but the boxing training was my favorite. I would definitely recommend :)

Peter is the best! I've been training with him for about two months now and never thought I would be able to do the exercises I am doing nor lift the weights I am lifting! He has not only given me confidence at the gym but also personalized his training method to my specific needs.

Peter is extremely knowledgeable regarding fitness and nutrition and has recommended countless techniques both in and out of the gym to help me achieve my goals. And it's working!

Not only is he a great trainer, but he is a cool guy and fun to be around. You won't regret training with Peter. I couldn't recommend him more. Thank you Peter!

Peter Feysa has been my personal trainer for over 6 years. I've worked out for many, many years, but a personal trainer as worked out far better than working out on my own. Peter has helped me set and track goals, and maintain my shape where I want it to be. He is consistent and positive, as well as providing me the challenge that I need. I hope to continue with Peter forever and I recommend him highly.

Peter is an awesome trainer who listens to your goals and helps you to meet them, often to push the limits. He carefully creates plans that helps to unlock potential. He is flexible and works with my schedule. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone who is at any stage of their personal fitness goals.
