Heather taught the 730a class today and somehow transcended this rainy Seattle day into a warm, heart racing yet fulfilling 60 minutes class. Her playlist curtated a synergy in the class that push us through those chair poses! The environment was warm, friendly and inviting. Definitely would recommend.

Sangha Yoga is a wonderful, light-filled studio with skilled, caring instructors. For those just starting out in yoga, they offer an introductory course. For more advanced yogis, owner Heather Falkin and her team have a variety of classes so you'll never be bored. I learn something new every time I take a class at Sangha.
