cannot say enough great things about this place. each workout is unique and different than the last, supportive members and coach, all around awesome environment. i go here because the workouts challenge me in ways i could never do on my own, and i enjoy the company of the other people who go here.
This gym is awesome! The workouts are tough but very rewarding and quickly bring results. Everyone in the classes is so welcoming and friendly. The coach and owner - Nathan - really cares about his clients and pushes you to be the best version of yourself that you can be. His coaching isn't limited to boxing, but also lifting technique and nutrition. He designed a diet for me that completely alleviated all of my asthma symptoms!

This gym has been a really positive impact on my life. The mid winter blues hit me hard this year and i knew i needed an exercise routine to help fight it off. The club atmosphere, tough workouts, and nutritional guidance is more than what a normal gym would provide and for me is super beneficial. I would recomend this gym to anyone of any expierence level that is ready to work hard.
