X Gym is great! My wife and I started personal training with X Gym the 7 months leading up to our wedding. We both dropped a lot of weight and got much stronger. We were extremely satisfied with our results.

PJ and the other trainers are all awesome. They kept us focused, motivated, and entertained during workouts. The workout is HARD and uncomfortable but it only lasts ~20 minutes and of those 20 minutes there are only 4 minutes where you feel like crying and cursing.

The method at X Gym is extremely low impact. No heavy weights or jerky lifts and minimal chance of getting injured. We took a break from X Gym after our wedding but will be back for more in the future.

X Gym is a completely unique workout Xperience. Most people think they don't have time to go the gym. Luckily, X Gym's philosophy is to work out just twice per week for 21 minutes per session. It's a super-intense workout that hurts SO GOOD! and accomplishes the same amount of physical training that most people gain from hours of traditional gym time. PJ has created his own workouts based on tons of research to optimize your muscle strength without a lot of bulking up. The staff is Xcellent too!

X Gym is absolutely a worthwhile investment. Minimal time commitment with immediate results. You start to notice positive changes to your mood, energy, and confidence first, quickly followed by physical results. The workouts are by far much more challenging mentally than physically, but this is a huge benefit if you are traveling - you become much more able to push yourself and confident in knowing your limits. The best part of X-Gym is that I have never once injured myself after going there for the past year. I can participate in very challenging and engaging training with great results. Would absolutely recommend discussing any dietary concerns as this will really supplement your workouts to make them more effective.

I purchased a membership for the outdoor boot camp. While I haven't gone to any of the indoor classes, I must say I am pleased with the boot camp. The instructors are for the most part very motivational and make your one hour work out the most effective it can possibly be. I have to say Lance is the best, very encouraging and always trying to push and motivate everyone just when they are on the verge of quitting.

The X-Gym protocol delivers excellence in every way. The best workout you could possibly do for your health no matter what your beginning point is. Do yourself a favor....try X-Gym. I have been going for 3 years and the trainers have ALWAYS exceeded my expectations as do the results.

I have been an X Gym member for over two years. I love their methods and am extremely happy with the results. It will work for you too!

As an extremely active business executive I need to be as efficient with my time as possible. I find that working out twice a week for approximately 20 minutes a session works with my schedule. PJ and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. If you are looking for a personal training option I highly recommend you check out the X Gym. This place rocks!

This is a phenomenal gym that enjoys immense success because X Gym provides the best results people just won't find anywhere else.

Unique and well thought out programs that limit the amount of time a person needs to spend in the gym, but yet, they'll get results that are absolutely unrivaled. Intense, but not tedious and boring like most gyms.

You've got to give them a try, and you'll see for yourself why they are the best!

When I started at the gym, I was looking for a program I I could stick to. I felt that if I couldn't commit to 20 minutes 2x/week, then I realistically wasn't ready to commit to any workout program. It is 20 minutes of hard work, but it is worth every minute and every penny of the investment.

If you have been wanting to get in the best shape of your life in the shortest period of time, look no further.

In addition, the staff is awesome, the facility is always clean as a whistle, the locker rooms are private and parking is always plentiful and easy.
