I recently completed the 21 Day Kickstart and am really pleased with my increased energy and strength. So much so that I'm going to keep coming back. The pace and variety help keep me motivated and engaged - I'm not a person who normally enjoys going to the gym so this is kind of a big deal. TFL is conveniently located with free parking and they have a variety of classes which is great for variable schedules like mine.
The classes and personal training are fun and challenging! I came in having never lifted weights or done a burpee before but every class is coached with on the spot feedback (which is so helpful as a beginner!). My favorite class is the Total Body Revolution - where I have learned so much and leave very delightfully tired!
Offers 2 things:
1) Private group classes for 10-20 people, mostly oriented around boot camp style circuits. Classes attended by all ages, mixed gender, mixed athletic background.
2) Individual personal training for general strength and conditioning, as well as specific athletic goals. Good range of customers: from seniors getting specific mobility and rehab training to elite athletes doing off-season training, to professionals looking to get better at a specific sport.
I've had an amazing experience at The Fitness Lab. I was able to get everything I wanted accomplished. Open space, all the equipment I need. Great staff! Loved it! If you're trying to live a healthier lifestyle, then The Fitness Lab is the place for you.
Dillion Kreider is one of the most knowledgable fitness professionals I have met. She has built a team and training system that was ready to met me where I was and guide me in a safe and effective manner to my fitness goals. I would recommend The Fitness Lab to anyone.
What an experience. I met the owner Dillon at an educational event and when I had the opportunity to visit the facility I was blown away. Awesome trainers, great exercise programming and an unparralled environment. If you are looking for a cut above training facility The Fitness Lab is the place to go.

Fun. Safe. Effective. When you want to keep coming back because it's fun, and you can keep coming back because it's safe you have a winning combination. Best value in fitness and personal training in the Seattle area by far.
If you're in Virginia Beach this is the place to go. Best staff. Best programming. Best facility. (As a bonus) best history.
The Fitness Lab simply rocks, I've been a member since 2014 and am fully addicted. Circuit training is a supported way to get and stay solidly fit while having fun. Workouts are never boring and totally scalable for all levels. I especially love the comradery and awesome coaches.

Excellent classes that will work your whole body. Great heart rate monitor system (added cost but worth every penny) that shows your effort in class so you can push harder and can be used outside of the facility too.
Coaches keep an eye on students to make sure form is good (no injuries!) and that they are working at their maximum ability (yes, they tell you when it's time to increase those weights!). The coaches are knowledgeable and provide modifications for all. I tore a calf muscle this year and was still able to train soon after because they worked with me to find the exercises that helped my rehab.
I work out at a variety of gyms because I travel frequently. I've kept TFL as my home gym even with other big box gyms moving in. I've used the other places too. They are good, but nothing gets me building muscles, increasing confidence and strength, and taking care of me as an individual the way that TFL does.
I have called The Fitness Lab "my gym" for several years now. It has been a great place to improve my strength, health and attitude! The work-outs are interesting and challenging with modifications for all fitness abilities. The results are REAL! Besides the friendly people and welcoming atmosphere, you'll find getting in shape can be fun. I love this place!

This is a fantastic gym! The trainers (I worked with Dillon, Megan, and Bailey) are excellent. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. The classes are chock full of different exercises, so there's never a dull moment; you're always learning something new. They will make you sweat! I highly recommend The Fitness Lab!
I started training with Dillon before my wedding and throughout my pregnancies. She's great at modifying workouts for individual needs and really pushes you. I went through my pregnancies without getting diastasis recti and was told this was most likely due to continuous working out. Thank you Fitness Lab for keeping me fit for 5+ years
I have truly enjoyed training here and the coaches (Megan and Dillon) have be phenomenal. They have pushed me out of my comfort zone, provided me the right tools to be successful, and they make every workout challenging and fun! Would recommend it to anyone looking to get a jumpstart on fitness, or even for beginners looking for a good place to get proper technique and basics from their workouts.
