I float between here and a couple other LA Fitness venues. Calling this place a "Signature Club" is silly. The parking situation is great, but it ends there.
I regularly come in to them telling me they're out of small towels. (If it's that much of a problem, buy more towels.) A few times they had none.
The venue is *tiny*. I came here to get away from the Kelsey Creek location in Bellevue because it was always so busy, but the lack of equipment here makes it even more difficult. When signing up for the signature plan they tell you that being signature makes it a little less busy. But I'd rather be at a busier, bigger place where I can regularly get equipment.
They only have one of several racks that get regular use (Squat rack, military press, incline press, etc). There are only a few bench press racks.
Their vending machines don't even take credit cards! This location has only been up for about a year and a half, how do they have cash only vending machines? Every other LA Fitness I've been to provides credit card vending machines.
They argue that the towel service and the "shampoo, body wash, conditioner" provided at the location makes them signature. The standard locations offer a body wash, and that's plenty good enough.
I generally find myself having a better time at the other locations, even when busy. This location would be fine if they didn't flag it as a Signature club. For $10 a month I'll bring my own towels, thanks.
