My Yoga Home. Great instructors, caring community and beautiful studio.
We (my wife, sister, and I) dropped in for a Sunday morning class of Forrest Yoga at Kula Movement. Jill taught our class. She was incredibly welcoming, showed us through the entire studio even though we were visiting from out of town, and ran a great class with a combination of flexibility and strength work. She was super helpful with modifications and gave clear instructions. We'll definitely come back on our next visit.
