This yoga Studio is SPECIAL. I especially love Terrilynns classes. Check out devotional yoga on Sundays. I feel so blessed to have discovered this place. It helps get me centered every week.
I love the space and vibes at 8 limbs West Seattle. In my experience the instructors are all kind, knowledgeable and always create a warm, safe space to practice. Always leave class feeling wonderful in mind and body.
8 Limbs is my favorite studio in Seattle! I think they put true effort into being inclusive of all their students- there's a class for everyone. There's no competition, no frills, and I feel welcome every time I walk in the studio.
I do like the classes. I tried the hath and vinyasa. I liked the vinyasa classes more. However, the facility leaves a bad memory. The door opens to an alley full of trash cans that smell bad. The yoga room does not have its own climate control but a large pipe going through the middle of the room. When it blasts, it's very loud. It is also hard to get settled when air conditioning blasts.
SOME OF THE YOGIS ARE GREAT BUT THE ESTABLISHMENT IS LESS THAN OPTIMAL FOR YOGIS. LOTS OF UP SELLING AND MATERIALS BEING OFFERED. MAKE NO MISTAKE THIS IS A BUSINESS DOING BUSINESS TO MAKE MONEY.
