My son has been working with Collin for about six months and we have been very pleased. My son has gotten stronger, faster, but most important, more confident. My son is not a star athlete by any means, but he has improved his overall physical fitness tremendously by working out at Force 10.

The newest director Collin is very friendly and takes the time to understand what each athlete needs even in group training. And of course, Dakota is the friendly face upfront and on the phone and always has a smile on his face!

I worked with Trevor, who was energetic and knowledgeable. My goal was finding exercises and approaches that would improve fitness while avoiding injury. 5 stars.
Very professional facility for young athletes. Programs are affordable enough and well worth it. My kids (13 and 11), who do club sports and are in pretty good shape come home very tired, and seem to be pushed in practices to the level appropriate for them individually, even if they are in the same group (Summer program up to 14 years of age). I definitely recommend it.
