Love the studio and the workout!! I've tried a number of different barre studios and workouts (Pure Barre, Physique 57, barre3), but none compare to Bar Method.
The studio - bright and incredibly clean. Everyone who comes in is greeted by name, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The studio floor is carpeted with additional padding underneath, and socks are required - much more sanitary than bare feet (especially when you're doing pushups with your hands on the floor), and so comfortable to have that extra cushion underneath the carpet.
The workout - really intense and very form-oriented. All of the exercises focus on alignment and form, and I think that's why Bar Method is the only workout that I leave from feeling stronger and longer. The connective tissue in my hips and low back never feel irritated, and EVERY other barre workout that I've tried has bothered my hips and low back. Not only does my body feel better, but the workout is so challenging! I've found muscles that I never knew I had, and my core strength has never been better (despite being a total gym rat since high school).
I've been coming to the Redmond location at least 5 days a week for the past year - it does not get boring or any less challenging, but it is totally addicting!
