Very welcoming. I was very impressed by how clean the place was. They indeed have limited selections and equipment. But pricey is cheaper than other places, so I am satisfied. Planning to keeping my membership!

Love this gym! I feel comfortable going and really getting into my workout. I don't feel feel like a piece of meat here and the staff is willing to help with anything questions I might have. I never thought I'd be a gym rat but this is a great place to workout!!

I have been a Planet Fitness member for a year and a half and love it, especially the hydra bed! Most of the staff are very nice but a special shout out to Ivan and Tyler! Ivan is always smiling and eager to help in any way, Tyler is friendly also. It is always clean and machines well cared for. If anyone is looking for an affordable workout place I highly recommend Planet Fitness.

The gym is only 10 dollars a month and is open 24/5. You cant beat that. The gym and locker rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Try to avoid going at peak hours (4pm-8pm) because it does get very crowded. Only negative is no bench presses and squat racks, but that is a corporate level mistake.

Editing my previous review and give two more stars because of the new culture of the gym. Staff have been very nice and professional lately (opposite of what they used to be about 1.5 years ago). The gym is always neat and clean. Damages on the machines get removes ASAP. Restrooms and lockers are all clean and organized, too.

If you plan on starting a membership here, dont. Went in and cancelled mine over 2 months ago and just got charged the annual fee, called to see what was up and my account is still ACTIVE! How can it still be active if i went in a cancelled it??? They said they cant refund me because i dont have the paper from when i cancelled it, THEY SHOULD HAVE IT ON FILE!!! THIS SHOULD NOT BE MY ISSUE, THEY NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHO ISNT DOING THEIR JOB!!! The guy was too busy talking to his little homie to do his job, said he was gonna put it into the computer and apparently did NOTHING!

Incredibly rude employee behavior is repeatedly displayed here. On the bright side, whenever I've reported dirty or unsafe conditions, they have been immediately remedied.

Uninformed unhelpful and rude staff.
we had our IDs taken for a tour and were quickly pushed aside so they could help the customers behind us. 15 minutes later when they were ready to do the walk-through it seemed rushed and scripted and whenever we had a questions the answer was no or I don't know.

It is clean, reasonably priced facility for exercise. I enjoy the mounted television screens, so bring your ear buds. No swimming pool or childcare.

The price is great and the place is clean. It is my first day today and the lady that entertained me is very unwelcoming and unfriendly. I noticed there were new white people that were toured around the gym but didn't even say a word to me how the gym works. Noticed some racism right there

Good Place To Workout. Like They Say The World Judges, They Dont. So Its A Great Environment For Anyone From Beginners To Gym Junkies! I Would Definitely Recommend This Place. They Have An Excellent Locker Room As Well. Safe Secyre And The Staff Are Always Very Friendly.

Some staff is not as friendly, my husband needed the restroom and we had been waiting in line over 10 minutes to sign up and when he asked where the restroom was he was told they are for customers only, and the staff member just walked away. Good thing they have some staff that cares and she jumped in to help us. Before we walked out

good clean place to shed some whatever the day has brought. Only thing is, time and time again, I have yet to see the staff enforce any dress code rules. Just told this young kid to put on his shirt while he's here, staff never noticed because they don't roam the area. Come on folks.

I enjoy how clean the gym is. Definitely one of the nicest gyms in the area. There is a girl that works at the front desk who looks depressed, doesn't make eye contact with you and generally looks like she hates her job. 3/14 @ 10pm. Otherwise, it's a great gym besides some of the people like this young lady.

Clean friendly staff. $24.15 month. Workout equipment from cardio, abs, thighs, quads, calves, biceps, waist, forearms and more. After workout use shower. Unlimited use of body enhancer room. It includes the aqua or tanning bed. If you don't want to lay down you can sit on the aqua or shiatsu chair. There's a stand-up tanning station that does not cause "cancer".

So yes, this place is $10 ish a month, easy to find and located in a plaza next to Value Village and auto supply store and a few other things. I did have some trouble in the beginning with being double billed somehow. I was being billed for me and some other random man's account. How, I don't know. The cost is def inexpensive and if you try to visit this location during the week right around the same time most are getting off work, you will find this place jam packed with ppl. I tried to go workout around 530 and 600 on a weekday and literally this place was full to the brim with ppl and all the equipment was being used. I think the safest times are early am around 5am-630pm or in the late evening after the kids are in the bed, this was my usual time, 930-10pm. They have alot of equipment too, you just have to know how to use it. What I don't like about this place is how they have a large can of tootsie rolls right in front where you check in at or how they have a day where they orders boxes upon boxes of PIZZA. Yes, you read that correctly! Pizza sitting on a table for their customers to take as they please whether they are coming in or exiting . That literally makes no sense. Maybe thats why they call this the "phat peoples gym", because they serve pizza AND I've also heard that you cannot wear tank tops if you have muscles and in good shape. Not sure if thats true, but that's what I heard. I am not a super tiny woman or in the best shape i can be but it's def a little distracting to walk in and see candy and pizza in a place that's supposed to help you be focused and get healthy .

I've been a part of Kent's planet fitness since they have opened. The facility itself is great pricing is awesome. But the staff is very unhelpful and super rude.
I've felt many times like they pass judgement on people that come in and out of the establishment. Who wants to get laughed at when trying to better themselves. Get a better staff and this location would be perfect.

SCAM ALERT: If you are hoping that Planet Fitness has an honest membership policy term, I can tell you they don't. I tried cancelling at the end of my 12 month membership and was told by their employee that I had to wait till next month (the 13th month) to cancel otherwise there would be a cancellation fee. I waited a month, went in and was told by another uncaring (soulless) employee that I should have cancelled the previous month and now I was to be charged the yearly fee again. Don't trust their sales pitch, good customer service ends the day you obligate yourself for the year.

I had to start cancer treatment and was unable to use gym the last month of what they said was my contract month. If i wanted to I would have the 58 fee to stop. This was after they tried to charge me an extra month on contract. Had a receipt for Jan. Payment and they tried to say that was an initation fee but i signed up when the promotion was no initation fee. So charging me for 13 months and no consideration for medically not being able to use. The managers were useless in solving problems. BEWARE ALL

Very clean gym. Staff extremely friendly but gets way too busy. There is no free weights, gosu balls and the ' Abb workout area' is way too small.

50 bucks initiation fee!!!?? What a joke! No pool, no jacuzzi, not enough shower, not enough weights, no basketball field, no this no that, and $50 initiation fee plus monthly payments. Seriously buddy? Most likely you guy have not been to other gyms such as LA and 24. You guys don't even have a bench press what do you demand the $50 for!? Hilarious!

$10 a month so a great value hence 3 stars, just wear a jacket. This place is anti sweat. Everyday I contemplate going to this place or paying more to another gym so I dont have to work out in a freezer.

I quickly got a membership at this location. As a serious lifter, I can appreciate the uniqueness of the style of Planet Fitness. Some lifters/athletes may be put off by it, but I assure you, it's nearly the same as any other gym.
PF is not the best gym for free weights. There are plenty of options for cardio and machine work. But dumbbells only go up to 70. EZ curl bars only go up to 60. And instead of free weight barbells, there are four smith machines which are occupied during peak hours.
PF fitness for me was a good secondary gym as I mainly lift at 24 Hr Fitness. But for $20 a month, you get full access to all equipment, the massage chairs and beds, and tanning. I've never used the tanning, but the massage beds alone almost justify my $20 a month.
Gym hours are pretty good. Mon-Fri it's 24 hours. Except the gym closes at 9pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
The gym is always clean and people almost always wipe down their equipment after they use it.

Solid place to work out that is usually not too crowded to get at a preferred machine. Would be cool if the had the thirty min and set-up like the PF in Renton. Am a sucker for places with Planet in the title.
