First, I would give this place no stars if I could. Where do I even start.
1) To start, horrible service. I have been to several hot yoga places and have been taking hot yoga classes for years and NEVER have I experienced such horrible customer services. The "instructer" if that's what I even call this TROLL, was rude and extremely impolite. He made me feel stupid when I asked basic questions to make sure I wasn't doing a pose dangerously, and seemed to single me out as a joke to the class. When I left to go get water becasue I was very dehydrated, the lady at the front desk yelled at me for getting water. FOR GETTING WATER PEOPLE! And told me I better get back in the class. There was no music playing during the class. The instructor doesn't go to each person to help them with their poses, he just works on his own thing, and had the workout plan written on a loose leaf paper that he constantly had to go back to to remember what position was next. And dear God DON'T ask questions, because he will just look at you with a look of disbelief like, "how dare you not be 100% already experienced in what I am teaching!?"
Secondly, THE SMELLS! The corner of the room, where I unfortunetly happened to be smelled like week old tacos or poison. Literally, while doing my poses the only thing that I could think about is "I think this is why people have noese, to actually warn you when something could kill you, what if there is a leaky valve and something is actually going to kill me." These are not the thoughts you want to be thinking while in a hot yoga class.
Learn from me and please put your dollar somewhere else there are so many other welcoming and amazing hot yoga classes in the area. I couln't get my money back but hopefully I save someone else out there some cash.
