I never thought I would have so much fun working out. Great full body workout- in literally 30 minutes with a trainer included. I'm stronger than I ever thought I could be & have never felt more confident my own skin. Plus, who knew that punching things was so good for stress?! :)
I've been a member for almost a year, and I can't imagine my life without hit

Worst customer service. Signed up for a year contract and was relocated for work less than 2 months later down to seattle. They wouldn't let me cancel or transfer the membership. Owner was completely disrespectful and rude! Do not recommend! It doesn't matter if the work out is good or not if your service level is awful!

FANTASTIC workout!! 30 Min Hit is a great stress reliever and a fun, quick way to get and stay in shape. The coaches are awesome: so encouraging and helpful with improving technique.

Boo hiss!
I don't actually think the workout itself is that bad, but they have piss poor business tactics that have left a sour taste in my mouth. I was pressured into a 1 year contract which always feels uncomfortable. When I injured myself and requested to put a hold on my account they wouldn't let me. I decided after about 7 months that I no longer wanted to be a member but had to wait out my 12 month contract because the only way to get out of it was to move to a location where they do not have a gym. This I find very unfair, I've seen on other reviews that some people experienced financial hardship and were also not allowed to terminate their contract. I personally feel there needs to be exceptions. So, for 5 months $65 was taken out of my account, which is also very high for a gym. Then, when my contract was up they took an additional $65 out!! When I called to see what was going on they emailed me stating that if I didn't want my contract to continue then I should have notified them, even though my year long contract was up they were still going to charge me unless I came in and signed something to cancel. This was a very frustrating experience and the workout is NOT worth the price and NOT worth the headache this caused me. I caution anyone who is thinking about joining: it is not worth it!

I feel like I was talked into the membership when I came in for my trial. I thought I could make it work and it would be good for me. I was rarely ever able to come in because of the odd hours they keep and because of that, it was hard to keep up with the pace of the workouts, which made it even harder to get myself to go in on a regular basis.
Then, when my AmeriCorps term ended, and I wasn't able to find another job and I was quickly running out of funds, they did not give me an alternative to sending the rest of what I owed to collections. I understand that I signed a contract, but I feel like not being able to find a job is a good reason to be flexible with a contract, or at least offer an alternative. I really wish that they'd had a 6 month contract to begin with because that's much more reasonable than a year.
If you're not 100% sure that you can afford this and go during the hours they are open, do not sign up.

I've been going to 30 Minute Hit Bellingham for over a year and still get a killer workout every time I walk through the door. I love that it's a full body workout and only takes 30 minutes. No matter your fitness level, you can complete the whole circuit and get a great workout. The trainers are very friendly and encouraging. They help me maintain good form and know when to switch things up to challenge me!

This place rocks! I've never boxed before so my favorite part is how the trainers really make sure your using the right techniques and building strength. The workouts are stress relieving and invigorating at the same time. Definitely my favorite way to work out :)
