I have been a member of 30-Minute Lift for over 4 years now and I can say it has truly changed my life. The 30-Minute Lift Program has helped me build and maintain muscle mass, while the trainers have helped me perfect posture and boost confidence. This is not a traditional gym. Much more thought and science goes behind the ever-changing circuits they have set-up for their clients. People from all walks of life come in to this establishment. They serve not only the gym-rats, but those who are not your typical gym-goer. With the diversity in client-base it makes coming to the gym fun and non-intimidating. This facility, and all the trainers who work here, truly care about their clients. You will not receive better customer service or a better work-out experience anywhere else in Bellingham. Do yourself a favor and get your foot in the door, you'll be glad you did.

This place has been a wonderful place to work out. The trainers are super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I never enjoyed going to the gym to workout, but doing the 30 minute fit circuit is an easy way to get a great overall workout. It can be challenging but also fun. You get out of it what you put into it! I really enjoy FGT!
The staff are super friendly as well as the patrons. At other gyms I've always encountered some working out that are way too into it and, for lack of a better word, creepy. Never see that here.

Zac and his team are amazing. They really care about their clients and go the extra mile to get the results you're looking for. If you have some time check out FGT or the 30 minute fit progam, I had a blast!
I have been going to Fitness Gear and Training since February 2016 and I love it! The 30 minute fit circuit is awesome and the trainers are fantastic, patient and knowledgeable. The circuit changes every four weeks so you will never be bored. I love the flexible schedule and the ability to modify an exercise when needed. My body is stronger than ever thanks to this great program.

I started with the free consultation from Zac (owner of FGT) and his passion for health and fitness was truly infectious. FGT incorporates all aspects of wellness: exercise, nutrition, sleep, hydration, flexibility, and positive attitudes! All these combine into an amazing environment that constant inspires me to do my best!
Before starting at FGT, I was at a total loss for what to do. I would do solitary cardio at the rec center for hours and see no results. In just one week at FGT, I already felt stronger and more confident in my day to day life. Working with Bridget as my personal trainer and Mel in the 30 min fit circuit has been amazing. I started going to FG&T to help me regain my strength after cancer treatments. They have been with me every step away, regularly modifying my sessions as I went from rehabilitation to ongoing strength training. My trainer emphasizes functional strength and endurance workouts, which are perfect for me as I can easily keep up with my two young, very active grandchildren! What impresses me most is that my trainer strives to keep my workouts innovative and fun. He has encouraged me and pushed me to try new exercises and increased weights and now, as I look back, I am amazed with the progress we've made. I secretly used to love it when something in my schedule caused me to have to cancel a workout session. Now I won't let anything get in the way of my hour with my trainer.
