Inspire Studio does exactly that, inspire. There are a vast array of class offerings and each one I have taken have met all expectations.

I was drawn to try kundalini yoga and this studio was the only one I found that offered it. I fell in love with the studio immediately, it has a very inviting atmosphere. I also fell in love with kundalini taught by Ruby, she truly is a gem. Very warm and welcoming to everyone and she has a nice and gentle approach to teaching.

Inspire is a fabulous studio, friendly,welcoming and healing! They have the most wonderful yoga teachers and a wide range of extraordinary events. I have never been disappointed with any of the yoga classes or events that I have attended. Highly recommend.

I love my classes with Ruby!! Gentle flow and the Women's Kundalini yoga are my favorites. I try to never miss a class. I hurt my neck and back some time ago and Inspire Studio has helped me heal. I'm a regular.

Love practicing at Inspire! Ruby creates such a warm, comfortable and supportive environment. She always makes a point of saying "hi" and is attentive to the unique needs of all of her students. I've been practicing here for several years now and always leave feeling more open and yet grounded at the same time. If you're looking for a studio in Bellingham, I highly recommend visiting Inspire.

Inspire is a gorgeous studio space with high ceilings and knowledgeable instructors. The classes I took with Ruby were both challenging and spiritual. She gives a lot of modifications and guides every student through the practice.

The sound meditation (December 22, 2017) was a wonderful experience for me. Not only did Ruby provide amazing sounds through the crystal bowls, gongs and more, she also prepared the participants with yoga exercises for full relaxation in order to be open as much as possible to the healing sounds. Before concluding the evening, she took time to support people returning to their bodies and grounding before leaving. As a colleague and friend, I was very impressed and I look forward to attending more.

This historical one room yoga studio is a beautiful place for a class. Instructors range in style, class time, and difficulty but owner Ruby Koa does a beautiful job filling her space with love. Drop in for a sweat at the noon power hour on Tuesday or Thursday, start your weekend off right with a free meditation class Friday afternoon or ever try the new aerial yoga class offered with silks. Inspire is an incredible place to find community and spirit.

What a tranquil little haven this studio is! Calm, quiet, welcoming, restorative, I feel so peaceful for the hour I am in this studio. Free herbal tea, great teachers and support, the vibe is encouraging rather than strict, friendly rather than cliquey. The space is a great size, location, and offers a great range of classes. The owner is a dear soul who will go out of her way to make you feel welcome and at home. It really does inspire!

Ruby Koa is a superb leader. Her gentle yoga sessions are always meticulously designed, but she is flexible and quick-witted enough to incorporate requests on the spot. She is fully aware that what works for one might not work for another, and she encourages and supervises experimentation. Her knowledge of the relationships among body, mind and spirit is exceptional. Best yoga instructor I have encountered. Lovely, warm personality.

The studio offers a great variety of classes and events, unmatched by any in the area.
