Let's start off by saying that I found Nate/Good Time Fitness with a Groupon in November, and wasn't initially planning on staying with him past that. However, now 5 months later I'm still training with him, and have referred a couple friends to see him as well. So he's awesome, and if you're interested in power or Olympic lifting despite being a complete beginner definitely give him a shot!
I've tried other trainers and kickboxing in the past, but nothing was really working for my goal of weight loss. I went to him wanting to learn proper powerlifting technique, and lifting with Nate has been the only thing that's shown great lasting results without killing myself with extreme dieting and 5x a week workouts. I've leaned out and gotten much stronger since I started in November.
Nate is very nice and laid back, notes all your fitness progress during each session, listens to your fitness goals and pays close attention to your technique- On top of answering all your weird fitness and food questions with a bit of humor thrown in :)
