The place is clean. Nate has been patient in listening to our needs and talk about science behind each of the training and tailor the training based on our needs.

I worked out with the folks at Good Time Fitness for almost a year. I started working out with Rob and now train with Nate. I have had an amazing experience with both of them so far. This was my first introduction to weightlifting and my techniques are now perfect. I have gained so much strength than what I previously had. I cannot recommend good time fitness enough.

I have been training with Nate for over 6 months. Nate keeps tracks of my progress meticulously. Nate patiently listens to my needs, provides ways to improve my postures and gradually pushing my limits. After every session with Nate, I feel energetic for rest of my day.

Nate is extremely flexible with scheduling and very accommodating in many instances. I'm thankful to work with Nate and totally recommend for anyone looking for personal training.

Nate is professional, systematic, patient and excellent at teaching the barbell lifts. Weightlifting is the most efficient method of increasing ones fitness and strength; and Good Time Fitness will help you do just that. The only thing holding you back from attaining your fitness and strength goals is you.

Nate is great. Its as simple as that. He is extremely professional, punctual and great to hang around with. His philosophy is simple - the way you build muscle is by progressive overload of weights over time, which has to be supplemented by a good diet. He was able to understand my goals and execute on them well. I have been reading on a lot of training programs to build muscle and I've found that whatever Nate does suggest in his training resonates with the recommended practices. So he definitely knows what works and what doesnt. He's knowledgeable about the correct forms/postures of exercises which is of paramount importance as you're lifting higher weights. I spent around 30 sessions with him and I would definitely recommend him as a trainer for someone who is looking to really understand the science behind weight lifting and expecting to see results. He has some big ambitions with his career ahead and Im sure he will achieve them with the discipline and commitment he has shown not only to me, but several of his other clients.

I am very pleased to work with Nate on my weight training. Nate is a nice guy always with smile. I enjoyed talking with him on both training related stuffs as well as random topics. He makes ambitious but attainable goals for me, step by step. Over 1 and half months my weight pounds almost doubles. I feel pressure but still not very hard to get progresses. This shows his expertise for the training. Nate is also helpful and willing to answer all kinds of questions. I made progress with him and am very happy. Strongly recommended.

I have been training with Nate for 6 months. I was trying to prepare for my 4 day 3 night hike along the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in July. That would be my first ever hike. I knew nothing about strength training when I just started. Nate taught me how to do squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses correctly. I really like his approach of progressive overload. It is great to see myself getting stronger week by week.

The Inca Trail has a lot of ups and downs. Even though I was among the slowest in my group, I was able to handle the steep steps. After the hike, I had no muscle sore nor keen pain. The training really paid off.

Nate is a great person to work with. He is always on time and very patient. I highly recommend Nate.

I personally like him really much, not only his personality, but his scientific and professional way of fitness. Really effective, no flattery words. I trained with him constantly for nearly a year and I definitely think his training was one of main causes for the lost 20 lbs. I won't say much good words because if you don't seriously get engaged, then there is nothing you can achieve or expect.

Let's start off by saying that I found Nate/Good Time Fitness with a Groupon in November, and wasn't initially planning on staying with him past that. However, now 5 months later I'm still training with him, and have referred a couple friends to see him as well. So he's awesome, and if you're interested in power or Olympic lifting despite being a complete beginner definitely give him a shot!

I've tried other trainers and kickboxing in the past, but nothing was really working for my goal of weight loss. I went to him wanting to learn proper powerlifting technique, and lifting with Nate has been the only thing that's shown great lasting results without killing myself with extreme dieting and 5x a week workouts. I've leaned out and gotten much stronger since I started in November.

Nate is very nice and laid back, notes all your fitness progress during each session, listens to your fitness goals and pays close attention to your technique- On top of answering all your weird fitness and food questions with a bit of humor thrown in :)

I started training with Nate in July,2015. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to get fit the right way. The workouts are intense but the results are phenomenal. I may have lost only a few pounds on the scale but my body has changed dramatically.
I have trained with personal trainers earlier but Nate has been exceptional. My workouts are well structured and crafted to how I feel on a particular day. Nate and I have worked around my weak back, knee, wrist and I feel stronger than ever before.
I highly recommend him. No matter what your fitness goals are he can help achieve it.

Nate is extremely knowledgeable about a variety of ways to work with fitness and nutrition. He is a good listener and is constantly researching new information about how to adjust both diet and training to be more effective and is always excited to talk about new findings. His training sessions are pretty intensive but I find myself looking forward to the next session. I highly recommend Nate, he does his part perfectly. I'm very happy how I look now; I started to see results from two months of training. Since then have become leaner, stronger, and more physically fit.

Nate is a great trainer! I've been training with him for several months. Nate is very professional, friendly and caring. He always insists on proper forms and is very good at pushing my limits. The results are pretty good so far. My strength improves significantly and even though my weight stays the same, I notice that my waist is getting smaller. I highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a personal trainer!
