Lynn is a supportive personal trainer who listens to what your goals are and tailors your training according to your needs. Lynn works with the whole person and is a very strong nutritionist. She is accommodating, encouraging and really cares about her clients. Not only is Lynn knowledgeable and experienced, she practices what she preaches.

Lynn is great! I hadn't exercised for quite some time. She started me off slowly and watched carefully to make sure my form was correct to avoid injury. She uses a variety of exercises to get results and strengthen areas that may be injured or weak. Lynn has a wealth of information regarding exercise, health, and nutrition.
When I decided to get a personal trainer to help me meet my fitness goals I asked a good friend for a recommendation. She said Lynn was the person to go to. She was right and here's why. As a mature woman with an active lifestyle, I wanted a trainer who had experience with my age group, had realistic expectations that would challenge me without hurting me and who had a wide ranging skill set. Lynn is extremely knowledgeable, professional and organized. She is also friendly, warm, funny and very engaging. Her instruction is clear and she pays close attention to form.
