Before beginning my treatment with Pauline, I had constant back pain from my active lifestyle and the 20 extra pounds on my lower back from my vest and duty belt. Since we began our program, my back, shoulders, knees, hips, EVERYTHING feel better. Dr. Haugen really straightened me out! She realigned my hips, spine and neck. She truly takes the time and I can tell she cares about her patients. She also has a very positive attitude. She is knowledgeable and when I am under her care, I feel taken care of.
I used to experience neck pain when I was working long hours at a desk, and after my visits to her, I have more neck mobility and only feel slight discomfort. She taught me exercises to do with the foam roller at home after those long hours that really help. She also suggested these custom foot insoles that helped relieve pain from my knee. She really treats the person holistically and leads by example through her own lifestyle.

Amazing! Is one word I would use about my treatments and while body approach. I always feel 100x better after I visit, I travel a lot and coming here is part personal care routine. I always recommend all my friends and family to higher health!
Higher health has been the absolute BEST in the recovery of my lower back. Everyone at the front desk is so welcoming and communicative. The doctors (Pauline & Deanna) are incredible! So knowledgeable and understand life is super busy so they are extremely intentional with their time with you. Love this place and all the awesome ladies who work here!

I went to see Dr. Haugen for long term chronic upper back and neck pain. As a dentist my posture consistently causes problems with my neck. A comprehensive exam was done with such emphasis on educating me about my X-rays and not giving me solutions to mask a problem but rather she got to the bottom of what was actually causing my aches and troubles. Dr. Haugen personally reached out to me after business hours to ensure my comfort and understanding. I adore her. Her office staff is delightful and always brightens my day. My new pillow...and foam roller is key to my daily comfort. Thank you Dr. Haugen for changing my life!

I moved here from New York and have had many great experiences within Chiropractic but Higher Health out beats all other offices. The front desk service is great and this is super important because they are so patient with everything you ask them...and I always have lots of questions! Dr. Haugen is very knowledgeable and experienced and I truly feel like my case and situations are always looked at individually and that my treatment is individualized to my needs. I feel comfortable expressing what I need and how I feel in this office as well. Massage is great there too!
Pauline is the most amazing care practitioner I have ever been to. She takes care of the whole person, not just the symptom. She goes out of her way to help, and is honest with her patients 100 percent of the time. Would recommend her to absolutely anyone who not only wants to heal their injuries but also better their entire health and well being for good. Wonderful care!

The active release therapy that they use has reduced my back pain and increased my overall joint/spine mobility. I also had a deep tissue massage in their clinic by a therapist named Runi, and the massage was spectacular. I will continue to receive treatment by Pauline and Melody for as long as necessary. Several of my staff utilizes Higher Health's services and they too are very impressed with their experience.
