What a fantastic experience. I travel a fair amount for work and drop into gyms everywhere. Lake Hills CF is an exemplary gym. Great facility, great coaching, friendly member base, and plenty of parking. I dropped in two days and will be back again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Crossfit for anyone! The trainers actually care and go over each exercise every day. Each exercise is crafted by the trainers and the atmosphere is wonderful.

All the coaches are first-rate. I have done CrossFit for about 6 years and now live more than an hour away, but I still maintain my membership with Lake Hills. Janice has an amazing knack for programming and being a multi-year CrossFit Games top-ten athlete gives her a breadth of experience and fun stories too. If you get a chance to come to this gym, you'll find one of the most homey and welcoming communities. It's a small gym, so you get a ton of personal attention, but there are a lot of fire-breathers to challenge you if you're into that instead.
