Where's 100 stars? I fully recommend Eastside X Gym. I've never been in better health and shape in my life. The Group Classes are fun, challenging and efficient. It's only 21 minutes twice a week!
The X Gym has honestly changed my entire life. I can't thank PJ Glassey and his team enough.
Most notably I've experienced increased endurance, decreased body fat and gotten A LOT leaner. One may think I'm "bigger", not so. I'm stronger, more toned, smaller and faster. There's no way of explaining this truly unparalleled and unique training style. When you train at the X Gym you're training your brain, muscles and getting endurance all at the same time.
In addition, I learned how to eat healthy and sustain a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life. I'm not and never will be on a "diet". I've discovered alternatives to sugar and other things that are bad for you.
If you're at the end of your rope, tried everything, are discouraged, feeling down, disappointed or anything else you should at least give the Eastside X Gym a try.
