This gym is the best, I've been an LA fitness member (TWICE) and more recently an anytime fitness member. Renew has a smaller amount of people and space, but they use it BETTER than anyone else. They train and teach without limit and are there for the SUCCESS of their clients. It's the stronger together mindset 24/7!
The one-on-one training at Renew Fitness has been great. I really couldn't do this on my own. I need a (gentle) kick in the butt that I get here. Aisha pushes me to go a little further than I would on my own. I'm held accountable and am taught things to help me reach my goals. And everyone that works here is enthusiastic and engaging.
I have been training with Renew Fitness from their creation, and I have never been disappointed with my choice in choosing to train with them. They are very customer orientated, listening to the needs, wishes, and goals of each client, creating a supportive and fun environment for training.
All of the trainers are educated and well versed in the latest training techniques. Because they care about your goals, health, and fitness, each work out is crafted with you, their client in mind. Each training session will vary meeting your needs without becoming boring. You will challenge and fun in the process. It doesn't matter if you are training for a major sports competition or just getting back in shape from an injury or time off. The each trainer will watch carefully adjusting your technique, weight or specific exercise for your safety.
Renew Fitness has added group classed called FITPOD. They are fast, fun, and challenging. It's a good way to meet some of the other trainers that you may not have trained with before. Check them out.

I've been working out at Renew for 12 years. It's one of the best things I do. The trainers are skilled and very customer-oriented. The facility is excellent. The atmosphere is fun. Do yourself a major favor: go.
Love working out at Renew. Great personalized training to meet my goals. I always work harder with their encouragement. We never do the same routine. Get ready to squat, move, pull with a fun group of people!
I've been working out at Renew Fitness for a long time, but had taken time away to recuperate an injury. I came back last week and started doing their Fitpod workout. I signed up for a drop-in session just to check it out and LOVED it! The workout is 45 minutes long consisting of one minute sessions at various stations they set up. They blend cardio (the Airdyne bike is a beast!) strength and core. One minute doesn't seem like a long time but it allows you to really push yourself. If you are looking for a GREAT workout, check out their Fitpods.
I highly recommend Renew Fitness for personal training. I competed in sports in my youth and let myself slip over the past 30 years. With the help of all the excellent trainers at Renew, I have lost 30 lbs (more to go), am playing tennis again, love hiking with my children, and bike regularly. The trainers at Renew are so supportive, fun, set attainable goals and are willing to guide/advise on the dietary changes, if interested. Their attitude largely attributes to the positive and encouraging vibe that is found throughout the entire studio. I am very thankful to Taylor, Paige, and Miguel for all they have done for me.

I starting coming to Renew Fitness after completing 2 years of Physical Therapy successfully. I was ready to take my strength and stability to a new level, but had a ton of apprehension about getting the right trainer who would have a good mix of knowledge about body mechanics and how to train. Renew Fitness and Paige have exceeded my expectations. I started out with 2 free sessions and have been going for about 4 months. I've been working with Paige and she has figured out how to increase my workouts without putting harmful strain on my neck and shoulders. I was a high school and college athlete, but I'm learning tons of new stuff every visit and pushing hard, safely. Couldn't be happier unless is was free ;).
