Loved my experience at lotus river. I am a beginner and Stephanie made sure I was comfortable and adjusted everything to my level. I feel so refreshed after our sessions. Right now Im working on restorative as I am still in the post partum phase but look forward to some power classes with her once I am able! 5 stars all around!!... more
