Very fun, unique gym pieces at the beach. My husband and kids had a blast!
Very cool setup on the beach! Even nicer that it's free to use and the equipment is in good shape.
Awesome cross fit/ninja warrior type gym right on the beach. Not really our style of a workout but is awesome nonetheless. Wasn't crowded early in morning. Wish I would have thought to bring lifting gloves along to make the ropes, bars, and rings easier to handle.
Fun to try the obstacles you often see on TV shows. Crazy harder than I thought.
Great rare find for outdoor exercise. There is a tall rope climb, multiple pullup bars, monkey bars and rings. The pullup bars very in height to accommodate most people. I am 6'5" and can hang without my feet touching the ground using the tallest bar. The rings were difficult to use at my height. Great views being on the beach.
Looking to get swolt on the beach? Suns out, guns out BRO! Got bars for chins, feet-to-bar, tri dips, etc. Well maintained and clean. Also some other equipment to get you Ninja Warrior on.

I loved this place. Went everyday I was in VA beach. It's great fun and a great work out. Sometimes there are others there working out and sometimes groups came by to play on the equipment. It wasn't too crowded when I was there but I could see it being a crazy popular place as the weather gets warmer.
This is a workout area on the beach. This was meant to have a good effect on people at the beach working out and having fun. Some however like to think it's their own personal workout area. I find those quite annoying.
