It's only 30 minutes, quick pace. New routines everyday. Trainers get to know you well. I leave feeling of having worked out your whole body. Always a different experience. You can push your workout intensity at every round. I have 4,000 rounds under my belt, 450 visits aprox. Three years, great transformation in the first 6 months and easily sustainable after with at least 3 visits a week. A no brainer, the formula for me to get, and stay, in shape for years. I've changed my body and improved my mental capacity towards athletic activity. I can't wait to go later today. One of the highlights of my day!
