This isn't my blend of coffee, yet I must admire from driving past by how clean it looks. The location resides within a higher prestige of Virginia Beach, more so in shopping. Seems like a nice place for serious sweating, so sweat on lads
One of the best UFC gyms I have had the pleasure of working out at. Equipment is very well maintained and does well not to accumulate foot traffic. The classes offered are tailored to each individuals needs and trainers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Weather you're a beginner or Pro, UFC gyms have something to offer! Highly recommend!
I was member of UFC, I canceled my membership, They asked to me cancellation fee 84$ ,i said that had 84$ deposit in my account, I would like to use that one for cancellation fee, They said no you can't use that one, you can come to use gym, if you want to cancel I need to pay , THIS IS RIDICULOUS, If I could rate it lower than one star I would. I have been trying to cancel my membership because of not only how messy their administration is but also because of how often I'm being charged and I didn't go. When I registered myself for program, They said that I can cancel it anytime, but now They asked cancellation fee, This is so stupid thing , You are simple gym, what do you give to customer and you asking CANCELLATION FEES, . They are trying to steal people money, Them mind is working How they can steel your money from packed,. I NEVER RECOMMENDED UFC GYM, Go to local gym ,
Nice little gym that is affordable for day passes if you're just passing through. They have limited weight lifting equipment, but there was enough to get by. Especially because the gym was pretty much empty both times I went in the middle of the day. I met 3 of their employees and all we're VERY helpful and friendly. If you're looking now for group no classes, general fitness, or personal training I would absolutely recommend this gym.
Previously I had written a one star review because of the negative experience I had with the GM Tim. I recently reached out to the owner Will and he was not only professional but he was able to fix the issue. I would be happy to return because of the OWNER!.
Initially put my son here for the classes. Had to delay membership for football. Upon signing up the MANAGER stated I paid for first month and last month payment and i could cancel any time. Then after having their employees call me asking what they could do to get my son back in their location, informed me I can delay the membership numerous times. So I go up to do so and was refused such and had to cancel the membership. This same ride GM calls me amd informs I have a bill and a yearly fee. Again which was not outlined with the manager who enrolled me. And then proceeded to tell me he had issues with this employee giving FALSE info. Dont waste your time here. The staff is rude and they dont know their own contracts. Way to lose business!

Very dissapointed they closed today Sunday at 1400 and the website says 1600, i was basically kicked out. The worst gym ever, Military Highway is the best one, i would never go back there.

The trainers are amazing, some off best in the city. However, the administrative side of it sucks. Okay cool let me go pay it and cancel it. I haven't used the gym since May anyways. He tells me I have a balance of 177 dollars due. So I get blindsided. I was going to the gym in May and no one decided to tell me I needed to update my account. I have been at this gym basically since it opened. He is the first GM who wouldn't even budge or try to work something out for me. Then he says if I cancel I have to pay another 69 bucks even though when you sign up you pay first and last month. So what does that last month pay for? He couldn't give me a straight answer. The guy is a joke and that was the worst experience I have ever had. Don't sign up! From other reviews this is apparently a problem with them.

If you want to have repeat administration issues, sign up! Not only do they not know how to properly input a membership, but they will also give you continuous billing issues, lose your paperwork, and try to get more money out of you. The trainers are great, but honestly, it's not worth all of the administration's incompetence. Save your sanity and your time.

My son loves the BJJ class!
I came into the gym this past weekend to sign up my son for a membership as part of a surprise Christmas gift. I had gone to the Norfolk gym but they seemed very slimey, almost like used car salesman to try and get me to get a membership, it made me kind of uncomfortable so I left. As soon as I walked in into the Virginia Beach gym I was greeted by a younger female who was extremely nice, I think her name was Athena. She then introduced me to her manager Devin, who was great. He gave me a tour of the gym and explained to me everything my son would be able to do. He answered every question I could come up with and he was so much fun to deal with. He asked me questions to find out more about my son and even set me up with free passes for me and my wife to come check out the gym and some private lessons. I highly recommend this gym, it was a pleasure dealing with the staff there, it's very clean, and I can't wait to get my son, my wife, and myself started in some classes!!
Horrible communication, gym is great (its a franchise) BUT.... We had 3 memberships which I had to cancel due family emergency and personal injuries. We were confirmed with confirmation emails that membership is cancelled and refund has been issued. But funds got never released for 2 of our accounts. This has been a battle for last 3 months. Countless number of phone calls to resolve this and already visited the facility a few times but each time it gets procrastinated that we will take care of it but nothing gets done. Now one my frozen account is past due...
TBH, go to real academy if you really want to learn MMA, this place might be a great place for a class workout but it is not teaching you much as an martial art.

5 stars, because it is a fairly new location (Opened Sept. 2017) and I have free reins to all of the equipment when I go, early in the mornings. Friendly staff, clean facility, and some BANGIN' trap music to workout to!
Polite staff. Clean building and equipment. Great pricing for family. Classes all day. Come down.
I joined UFC gym about a month ago and so far I love every bit of it! It's the most bang for your buck you'll find in Hampton roads, the staff is amazing, the coaches really know what they're doing! I even got my Wife hooked on it now
This is the best gym I have ever been to. The coaches are awesome and will work with you. They are super motivating. I love coming to the gym everyday. THEY ARE TRULY LIKE FAMILY!!!!!!!!..........Come and in and try it out yourself you won't regret it hope to see you here soon!!!!!

I've joined the gym after a pass that I have received. When I tell you that this gym is the greatest, it is. I've become a regular here, about 5 times a week a least. Where else can you get coaches that know you by name, know where you can improve, and motive you at the same time. This gym provides classes such as Zumba, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and so much for kids to adults. The classes are friendly to beginners and also can even challenge "experts". I enjoy coming here and improving everyday. Come in and check them out.
