Many of the patrons are true warriors ranging from military operations to black belt mixed martial artists, yet the atmosphere is one of complete hospitality and community. The culture that Hot House created has cultivated strength, peace, and restoration in the people of Hampton Roads.
The studio is accommodating for casual drop-ins or for daily practice. The instructors all bring fun and unique personalities to class and every architectural detail of the facility is inviting.

Excellent place to get in some hot yoga. Great instructors in a very zen like atmosphere. The locker rooms/bathrooms are very clean and accommodating. Good place to drop in for a yoga session them shower change and move on with your day. Close to the oceanfront. Sweating while doing yoga is the best way to feel the benefits after your done. Check it out.

I have practiced for many years here. It is not very convenient to my home and other studios are closer but I love the professionalism, welcoming and accepting attitude of everyone no matter whhat your fitness level or body type. Hot yoga is good for the mind body and soul! I highly recommend it!!
In the past eight years of attending Hot House yoga I have seen the Studio's double in size period the facilities are always clean and the teachers are well-trained. No matter what level of practitioner you are, I highly recommend Hot House Yoga
i have been coming here off and on since 2010. I live in Texas and have practiced all over now, but HH is the best ever, hands sown. Restorative, therapeutic, warm and friendly staff. Much love to HH!

This is the best yoga studio I have ever been too. I practiced here for 5 years with the yak family. Then, I sailed to key west with my husband and then up the west coast of Florida, I have done yoga in several different states and all over St Petersburg. Not one studio compares to House Hot in Va Bch, I miss it so much I almost want to move back to Va Bch just for my yoga class! The classes that I have taken in Fl are more like boot camp, no music, windows without any curtains open to the street so everyone can see you, and none of them have been HOT enough! I Miss Hot House Yoga in Virginia Beach!!!
