I came because a friend told me that this was the best experience she ever had. She kept emailing me every time there was a special. She kept inviting me every class she attended. I finally gave it to the peer pressure and I loved it. The teachers were so kind and have a gentle approach. I can see why my friend raves about this place. It was so good that I had to share my review for anyone else on the fence about yoga especially hot yoga. I had the best sleep.

The entire staff is very friendly, they make an effort to know your name when you walk in the door. The instructors asked for your input on what you want to work on and help you advance your practice with their knowledge and patience.

Class tonight with Muning was absolute bliss.

I wouldn't suggest you hot yoga courses, if you are beginner or older age. For those warm classes are the best. The place itself is clean, well organized and professional staff

* tl;dr: This place is dope.

This is a dope spot if you're looking to give yoga a try. If you're worried about the heat of the hot classes you have the option of warm classes. Most of the teachers/guides lead the classes differently, so you have your choice of how you want to practice.

Joanna's & Susan's classes are usually a lot of fun and I would say geared for a youthful practitioner.

Andy's class is perfect if you're just getting started. He always explains everything and tries to keep you focused on your breath.

Muning's class is the most relaxing one, and my favorite one to go to.

Jen's class stays in touch with traditional dharma yoga. It's a great informative class.

There's a lot more teachers/guides, but I haven't attended their classes enough to speak on them.
