The Coach charged me on days that were holidays even after making me pay in advance. Then there were two days the owner booked the gym for a softball team during my son's one on one session and I was still charged those days without having an actual session. Lastly, the coach accepted a new job and told us he would be leaving the end of 2015 but we still had make up sessions we had not completed, yet he charged me for another 6 sessions in which we never trained for and when I tried to get my money back he would not let me. I still have yet to get my money back. We even paid for days the coach was gone on vacation during Christmas and thanksgiving. Terrible company when trying to rectify money situations.
