Exercise and a urine ph of 7.5 is very good for you. Urine ph is an indicator of the health of your body. A ph of 7.5 can cure most sickness. A ph of below 5.5 of your mouth will erode your teeth...

I been a member for over a year, since the beginning Tracy Stolle has been my trainer and nutrition coach. With her help I have l have lost over 40 lbs, and eating better. I can honestly say I never felt better.

Wonderful place to workout! Great family atmosphere, everyone is helpful and friendly! Started working out with Tracy Stolle a few years ago, she did a great job helping me reach my physical goals!

Good group classes scheduled some mornings some evenings, open 24/7 so convenient to drop in to use equipment. Great staff and trainers, friendly and willing to help, small so it's not overwhelming and don't need to compete for equipment.

If you live in Virginia Beach you should check out this clean safe 24 hour gym. Great atmosphere, friendly staff.

I love Fitness 24-7 and consider it my second home. Been here for years and can't imagine working at a nicer and cleaner facility. My favorite part about this gym: the amazing members! Laid back atmosphere so don't feel intimidated to come take a tour or try out a group class! Everyone is welcome!

I have been working for fitness 24-7 for a year which actually seems like 10 years with the way the wonderful owners, my co-workers and members welcomed me! I love coming to a clean, refreshed place of work everyday! I love being around our members and clients that truly want to take in our knowledge to improve their health and fitness!

This rating is for the masseuse ONLY. Maggie was fantastic. She took the time to ask about my history and paid special attention to problem areas. There is nothing better than a therapeutic, deep tissue massage - she nailed it on the head.
