Me and Alicia Keys might attend a 4th Of July dance. There will be food, drinks, limo rides, celebrity appearances, music, dancing, photo booth, photo booth props, and all that fun stuff. We can have a great time there. It's going to be lit!!! Me and Alicia Keys could dance to Nelly's "Air Force Ones", Drake/Travis Scott's "Sicko Mode", Backstreet Boys' "Backstreet's Back", Miguel/Travis Scott's "Skywalker", Wale/Jeremih's "On Chill", and all that fun stuff. We gone be lit!!! That's an appropriate place to attend a 4th Of July dance. It's going to be in the gymnasium. Me and Alicia Keys can have an awesome time.
Friendly staff. The location is nice, but sometimes the family restrooms aren't kept up very well (some showers barely work). The gym is nice. My son was part of the after school program and enjoyed it. Unfortunately we didn't find they were working with our son on his homework. We decided to switch to Joonbi Taekwondo.
My only other complaint would be with their swim lesson program. Whenever they cancel a class, they give you a $5 voucher to sing up for another swim class on the last day of class. It would be nice if they either credited or refunded the money instead of forcing you to sign up again!
I love everything about here especially the classes except that this is the 3rd time my son got sick from the childcare. Throwing up/diarrhea within 24-36 hours of being in this facility. My son goes to preschool and I know it is not from there because no one else in his preschool class was sick . Please find someway to be wiping down toys better or something!!
Attended a swim meet at the facility. Decent overall with plenty of parking and helpful staff. Plus they had free coffee in the lounge. Which was good since I had to be there by 6:50AM for three days straight. Outdoor pool is good, plus it had chillers for the swimmers. Important when the pool temps could spike due to the hot weather. Recommend.
Best gym and equipment in the ymca list in hampton roads. Great classes offered, new cardio and lifting equipment, and fun splash pool for the little kids indoors.

It is still expensive even with Open Doors....there isn't an option to pause your membership with no penalties and then you apparently need to go in face to face to cancel it. Plus, if you can't afford it, you will still owe on that month forever...so hard for people on limited income just trying to excercise at a place that offers childcare during that time. This location just needs better staff training and more flexibility on payment options. All members need to be treated with respect, no matter how much money they make. On a side note, I didn't notice a bunch of teenagers just aimlessly wondering the halls here like at the rec.

Nice facility, friendly staff. Youth programs, however; need better management and organization.
Love coming here. As a stay at home mom I get to drop off my 7month old at the two hour day care and relax go to the gym or pool there.

My children loved their swim classes. Both instructors were great.
Celebrated my nephew's birthday. Friendly staff and very ckean environment. Everyone enjoyed the pool and pizza!

Really enjoy Tonyas boxmaster class and Sharon's Pilates classes. Also the daycare are is extremely clean and everyone that works there is super sweet.
Always a great experience. Staff is friendly to me and my 3 yo son. My son enjoyed the indoor pool area. The Wi-Fi is fast. I was able to complete several homework assignments. The gym is upstairs and large. Lots of cardio machines. Parents night out gives the kids pizza.
Great facility. Love the outdoor heated pool.

Very friendly staff. The facility is generally very well maintained. The child care is great - your Y membership allows for 2 hours of free childcare per day. There is a nursing room for breastfeeding mothers; however, many members use this as a change room for the pool so when you go to use it there are people in it, then when they leave the nursing chair is wet. There is usually free coffee and tea in the lobby.
This Y is so awesome. Their fitness center is like no other.bthrre pool is a walk in like at the beach without the sand. They also have a walking track in the pool. I used it and it was a great workout. I highly recommend it.
Recently joined, the in gym daycare is amazing. The staff work hard to soothe all the crying infants and toddlers so the parents can get some exercise. The pool is really nice. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
This place was fabulous! We attended a birthday party, there were activities in the actual party room! Plus the kids were able to swim with the indoor swimming playground. The staff were super friendly and helpful! They seemed happy to be at work!
