Recently signed up and do not regret a thing. The facility has everything you would need and more with ample room and plenty of space. Even at its busiest there is more than enough room to go around. Also, if you are in the market for some training look no further than Tara Martin. She is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals and will push you to your limits that you did not think you could achieve. She is simply the best trainer I've ever had.
Tara is by far the best personal trainer at OneLife. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you are staying on track with your goals and consistently pushes you to be your best. I have had so many personal trainers in the past and NONE of them compare to the quality I get with Tara. The results I've gotten are incredible. I highly recommend her for anyone interested in bettering themselves.
This is an awesome gym! There is never a shortage of equipment or cardio machines. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The personal training staff (Zach!) are knowledgeable and push you toward your fitness goals, while making sure you are safe doing it. Working with Zach has pushed me to goals that I never thought I would be capable of. He goes above and beyond!
I have been attending for quite some time due to the kindness, and professionalism with respect shown to all! I am blessed and know others are feeling blessed as well to have such a convenient location and friendly staff. The gym was one of the first places that made me feel appreciated in a new state not knowing a soul and it was at first a culture shock for me. The city was a lot larger than my hometown, but the kind staff, and new friends I met working out made my adjusting a lot easier, and I no longer was feeling alone. I love VA now and not regretting my new location here in anymore Thank you, again One Life!
When joining One Life I made the decision to work with one of their personal trainers to get the most out of all of their equipment and get me outside of my comfort zone of strictly cardio work. Since working with Zack I can truly say that I've been pushed to do so much more than I ever thought possible! I've never taken pride in my strength before, but I've noticed such a difference in what I'm capable of doing and it's also helped me in my daily life, especially treating my back better at work. I can't say enough how great this experience has been for me, and how much help Zack's been with helping me exceed my goals!

The gym offers state of the art equipment and machines, which are kept clean and upgraded often. The locker rooms are nice and clean. Overall this gym is highly maintained and kept up with. They offer all types of classes with incredible trainers. The management & staff provide impeccable customer service. I greatly recommend this Onelife Fitness location to anyone looking for a new gym or to enhance their workout regimen.

I initially wanted to use up the 5 day free pass to make my final decision to join Onelife but joined after the first day. Thanks to Jessica for setting me up and look forward to many more workouts. The facility was awesome and love the amenities offered.

One life in the Salem area of Virginia Beach is one of the best gyms around the Hampton roads area. Great equipment. Great staff with great advice. Bryan, Tyler, Jessica are great managers and are very helpful every chance they have to help someone

Great experience! Good location as well. My family, my friends, and my nails technician are the members. I can get everything on my day-off at this location. Gym in One-life fitness then get my drink in Tropical Smoothies and relaxing my feet at Princess Nails Spa finally get Domino's pizza. All in 1!
The staff here is wonderful! This gym has everything you need and it's always clean! I come to this location not only due to the convenience but also for the welcoming atmosphere! The kids club hours also are ideal for those who work a day job and can't make it here until the evening.
It's been a great experience the employees are wonderful. The people are nice. The equipment is excellent. I always have a good workout when I come to one life. I wouldn't recommend any other gym. Had such a wonderful experience Mickey one of the employees at the princess Anne site. Always polite every time I asked him a question he greeted me with such pleasure. Very pleased with the staff. Grade A service.
I've been going to this gym for over a month and I love it!! When I first entered, the front desk associates were extremely helpful. The kids daycare is well kept and very organized. All the equipment was functioning properly. The entire gym was nice and clean and its numerous different workout equipments available. My top four people that made my journey so far the best was Rich, Jason, Antwain and Alfonso. If you decide to visit make sure they are your top choices. They care about my health by Giving me assistance with different exercises, meal ideas etc. they are always there to accommodate my needs. I'm so glad I made that extra step in bettering myself and plus I have people that helps me along the way.

My hubby, kids & I have been coming here for a few years now & we all love it! The classes are great & there are a wide variety of machines. The staff is also very friendly, especially Brian & Gary at the front desk! They never forget to greet or say goodbye to members which is something you don't get very much these days. Keep it up guys!

Equipments are awesome but some equipments needs to be replaced.
Busy hours 4-7 pm on weekdays! (It's crazy busy!! So try to come early or late if you wanna get a good pump in!)
