I came with a friend the other day and this location is stunning! The staff was amazing and courteous and everything was super clean. I wish I lived in this area to attend this one more often. Also, the trainer was the best! Super friendly and made the workout fun and challenging!

I would give it a 5 but some of the staff lack personality. It would be nice if some were less interested in stuffing their face behind the counter and chatting and more interested in being pleasant or helpful.

After having an interview. I unfortunately did not get the position. However this Gym is amazing! All the staff are really nice and they are there to help you!

Usually very impressed with this location. But the staff was very rude today. You should really specify that you can't tan just anytime you have to go the same time as the day before or after that time. You have to wait exactly 24 hrs on the dot. I have worked at a tanning salon for many years and never heard of such a thing, once a day is once a day. Might just have to switch to Sunday's because of this stupid rule you guys only enforce when you "feel" like it. Smh. Young lady who was working the front with short hair at 3:50 need to work on her customer service skills or work somewhere not in customer service. She looks miserable.

Except for the fact that some weeknights are very very busy I really like this Planet Fitness. The staff is very nice and the place is always clean and usually there is no wait for any of the machines. Also very very helpful that it's open 24/7

I got PF to go to when my main gym, One Life, is closed. (Late nights, later weekend times) I had it for about two months when I decided I was still making the trip to onelife because the atmosphere was SO much better & I prefer free weights. The people at PF aren't very friendly or welcoming & when I went to cancel my membership AMBER was very rude throughout the process & AS I WAS LEAVING had something trashy to say under her breath. So I went back in JUST to get her name & see if she would have anything further to say this time, which she didn't, but I just wanted to make this review to express the unprofessional, rude employees they have working in a place that is supposed to be "judgement free." I'll stick with onelife, where they actually know how to treat people with respect.

Black Card members visiting here on vacation from New York: Location is large and spacious, great quality of machines, nice layout and clean and classy shower area, nice Black Card Spa. Would return!
