Results speak louder than words. In 4 weeks I've lost 10+ lbs, gained 60 lbs on my bench, and overall just feel better. I couldn't do one full pull up when I started and just did 20 yesterday.
Each day is a different workout and it can seem daunting at first, but when you finish it, you look back and you're proud of what you've accomplished.
Andrew and Brooke are excellent motivators along with the rest of the Relentless team. It feels like a family at Relentless. They are also faith based, so that means a lot to me as well.
Overall, it's never too early or too late to start. You don't have to be fit already to start (I sure wasn't) but after just 2 weeks you're going to notice a huge difference in strength, speed, and endurance.
Hands down the best workout training in Roanoke,VA. Highly Recommended.
