Awesome place to workout and train. The Spartan SGX training will change your life! The Ferguson's have a really fun and welcoming atmosphere and all the coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I love my Spartan workouts at Ferguson Fitness. Most weeks I go, because I feel like I'm getting together with family. We sweat, laugh, and I'm totally feeling stronger and more confident since starting at Ferguson almost a year ago.

This a great family-owned studio-style gym. They specialize in group workouts and also do personal training. I've done everything from Yoga to P90X here and I've loved it all. Highly recommend!

My kids loved it ,and we would love to be a part of the gym, but right now it is too expensive for to. The instructors are nice, knowledgeable, and good with the kids. I would only say to please try to clean inside , it does have a smell, I am sure the sweat smell ensure everyone is working hard. But still. Lol. It is just a minor issue.

The Fergusons are very welcoming of all fitness levels and work to help their clients achieve their personal fitness and nutrition goals. The positivity of the atmosphere at Ferguson Fitness is palpable. They are also a wonderful Spartan Training facility!

This isn't just a fitness studio, it's a family. Every workout is its own experience and the teamwork is just as incredible as the results. They have group classes but also multiple personal trainers on site, and pricing is competitive and very reasonable. Your first class or PT consult is free. I highly recommend Ferguson Fitness!
