Joining Crossfit Full Circle has, without a doubt, been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I am strong, I am fit, and I wake up excited to workout and continue to make progress, even after over a year and a half as member. My stress and mental/emotional health have DRASTICALLY improved since joining, too, which has been invaluable. Also, my doctor kinda loves me because my bloodwork and blood pressure and all those other numbers are lookin' pretty great!
Crossfit is the first thing I've been able to stick with long-term in my adult life, and I have no intention of giving up this practice. Like, even when I'm 80! :) The community is unparalleled; we are weird and we are hard workers and we are silly and we are intensely supportive of one another--new or veteran or whatever. The coaches are weird and supportive and silly and hard working and SMART to an unparalleled degree, too! You get the attention, feedback, and connection you want because the classes are small and the people care. It rocks.
For me personally, joining Crossfit Full Circle has led to significant differences in my mood, my focus, my confidence, my problem-solving capabilities, and more--along with my overall health, strength, and fitness. And these "gains" have positively bled into and impacted ALL facets of my life--from my work life to my relationships (and my relationship with myself!), etc.
I am forever grateful for past me who, one July day in 2017, decided to show up alone and intimidated, pretty weak and pretty out of shape, and gave it a try anyway, because it means that today I am a much, much better and HAPPIER human! So give it a try!!
