Joining Crossfit Full Circle has, without a doubt, been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I am strong, I am fit, and I wake up excited to workout and continue to make progress, even after over a year and a half as member. My stress and mental/emotional health have DRASTICALLY improved since joining, too, which has been invaluable. Also, my doctor kinda loves me because my bloodwork and blood pressure and all those other numbers are lookin' pretty great!

Crossfit is the first thing I've been able to stick with long-term in my adult life, and I have no intention of giving up this practice. Like, even when I'm 80! :) The community is unparalleled; we are weird and we are hard workers and we are silly and we are intensely supportive of one another--new or veteran or whatever. The coaches are weird and supportive and silly and hard working and SMART to an unparalleled degree, too! You get the attention, feedback, and connection you want because the classes are small and the people care. It rocks.

For me personally, joining Crossfit Full Circle has led to significant differences in my mood, my focus, my confidence, my problem-solving capabilities, and more--along with my overall health, strength, and fitness. And these "gains" have positively bled into and impacted ALL facets of my life--from my work life to my relationships (and my relationship with myself!), etc.

I am forever grateful for past me who, one July day in 2017, decided to show up alone and intimidated, pretty weak and pretty out of shape, and gave it a try anyway, because it means that today I am a much, much better and HAPPIER human! So give it a try!!

Would strongly recommend to anyone who is interested in gaining knowledge about weight lifting and wants to be apart of an inclusive and friendly environment. The staff are incredibly kind and patient, always taking the time to make sure everyone understands the basic motion of the workout. Could not be more grateful to Full Circle CrossFit, once incredibly uneasy in any type of weight room setting I now feel slightly at ease thanks to James and the rest of the staff at Full Circle

I started Crossfit at Full Circle in February 2017 after a decade of inactivity. The perception of Crossfit is that it is intimidating exercise cult but starting at Full Circle dispelled every myth. The coaches were great at working with newbies and providing valuable feedback throughout the workouts. In addition, they gave great scaling options and guidance on how to make an educated decision about how/when to scale. The coaches have a variety of backgrounds and interests so whatever your goal is... they have someone to help you. Between the coaches and great members, the Full Circle environment is conducive to helping beginners along their Crossfit journey.

I did the $21 for 21 days of crossfit deal and had a phenomenal experience! I want to develop some healthier habits but I don't consider myself a gym/fitness person, so the idea of a crossfit gym was originally a little intimidating. I was worried about feeling out of place around a lot of super-fit gym rat types, but I was extremely relieved to find that the staff and members of the gym are so laid-back and supportive. As per usual with my experience with fitness classes, there were multiple exercises that I simply could not do (I can't do a pull-up, and I can't do more than maybe 5 consecutive quality push-ups) however unlike other fitness classes, alternative exercises were part of the work-out plan instead of a last minute modification, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. Crossfit Full Circle definitely exemplifies the positive aspects of the crossfit gym culture in that they cultivate a 'team' environment and everyone is very supportive of one another, however they avoid the negative characteristics that some crossfit gyms have become notorious for (it's not a bunch of protein shake-chugging fitness junkies bragging about how much they can lift).

As for the results, I was only able to make a few classes over the holidays but each class left me super sore and satisfied with how hard I had worked. Definitely recommend! I will be joining back as soon as possible.

I did the 21 day intro. It's really awesome for people trying to get into crossfit, the coaches are really helpful and nice. Definitely considering making this my full time gym.

Seriously an amazing place. Love all the coaches! Never thought I'd be into barbell lifting, but now I can't get enough. You probably won't find a better place to sweat your a** off among friends!

This is the best gym I have ever been to. The coaches are so helpful and know what they are doing, the people are great, and the workouts are fun and engaging. Consistency is key when you want to get in shape, and here it is easy because I look forward to every workout. You won't be disappointed!

I have been a member of Full Circle for over a year and have seen significant improvements in my strength and overall fitness. Because of my training I have set new PRs in triathlon races, and even begun to place in my age group. Additionally, I have dramatically reduced my body fat % and overall fat mass through designated programs the gym offers. The coaches are super knowledgeable and smart about the training programs they put together and I feel extremely safe. Can't recommend this place enough.

Crossfit Full Circle really seems to work for me. I've been going for just over a year and can't believe the progress I've made.

First you've got a set of friendly people struggling through the same workout you're doing. There's been several times the urging of the other folks in the class kept me going or got me moving again. Even if you're in a class with all quiet people like me, you still have the coaches who are always watching and encouraging you

Speaking of the coaches, they are the best thing about the gym. They're always watching to make sure we do the movements correctly. They're great at breaking down the more complex movements. They're always encouraging (and fortunately not like a drill sergeant), always friendly, and always ready to share their knowledge.

Until I found Crossfit Full Circle, I never liked going to the gym. The gym was always a horrible experience with a lot of effort for little results. From the first day at Crossfit Full Circle, I enjoyed going. Instead of dreading going to the gym, I look forward to it now. Even when there are wall balls involved it's been awesome. On top of that my results have been better than I ever expected. Every lift has improved significantly as well as my running time.

Definitely a 5-star place.

I have been a cardio queen for several years knowing I should add something else to my workouts to make me stronger and faster. A friend encouraged me to come visit the gym and check out a work out. I left only after signing up for a challenge package and already I can see results and I am getting faster! I know the coaches will help me reach my goals and push me farther than I can push myself!

In August 2011, I was in a bicycle accident that left me with a tear in both my ACL and meniscus. I had two reconstructive surgeries followed by months of physical therapy. After a while, I felt well enough to start running again and was able to complete my fourth and fifth half marathons. My knee was nowhere near the capacity it was before my injuries, but I thought that was as good as it was going to get. I could run, but there was no way I could get to the bottom of a squat. I have always loved being active and lifting weights but I thought that part of my life was over.

Then in November 2013 I found a Groupon for Crossfit Full Circle. I went through the three weeks of fundamentals and I was hooked. The excellent coaching staff has helped me regain full use of my knee and I am now stronger than I was before my bicycle accident. They've helped me run the fastest mile I've ever ran in my life and I am lifting heavier than I was as a Division 1 college athlete. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about the wellness of everyone in their program. Crossfit can be intimidating but Full Circle immediately made me feel welcome. The fundamentals classes focused on proper weight lifting technique and the basics of Crossfit made me feel safe and informed.

I cannot thank the Full Circle crew enough for everything they've done for me. All I can do is try to pay it forward and say that if you're looking the perfect Crossfit box, a life change, a mix-up to your workout, or maybe you're trying to get your groove back, then Crossfit Full Circle is the place for you.
