In my journey to become stronger in a hyper-flexible body, I have tried many exercise programs out there in Richmond. When I found Niche Fit, I finally found the right home for me. I absolutely want gain to strength and be healthy but I want to do so in a balanced way. I don't want instructors pushing me past what my body can (and should) naturally do. I am not interested in being yelled at as a motivating factor for working out or having my workouts feel like a frantic and sensory overloaded hour that I have to recover from the rest of the day. The workouts at Niche are geared towards having proper body awareness so you aren't creating problems in your body that you will have to undo later. The instructors (and the clientele!) are kind and generous people. So often, I leave there with a smile on my face because I genuinely love the workouts and the people there so much. Our culture has so much go, go, go, do, do, do. At Niche, they have hit the nail on the head with finding workouts that will push you to get stronger while helping you learn more mind and body awareness. I highly recommend checking the studio out.
