They continue to charge me during COVID-19 and the gym shutdown and there is no one there to call and cancel.

I want to personally thank the entire staff at this location for all the great conversations and phenomenal service! The gym is always clean and the staff are always very personable! I hope that you all stay safe and healthy during these trying times! Thank you again for everything, and take care!

I would give this gym less than a star if i could. It is an awfully small space. The equipment is old and dated. For what you pay here you could go to much nicer facility and pay the same. Gold gym has refused to cancel my spouses membership for over a year now as well. We cancelled her account over a year ago and they are still charging her. We have gone in twice to cancel and both times we were told it went through. She is still getting charged. If you are looking for a great or even good gym, DO NOT GO HERE.

Lots of machines to work out, not very updated though. The monthly charge is reasonable, it includes sauna and zoomba classes. Clean locker room and showers area, friendly managers, kid's club which a lady takes care of your child when you are exercising, and a well-lit and friendly environment.

I have been going to Plaza America Golds for many years. Great classes , lots of machines and great instructors .

My experience has been great with this gym. The owner was welcoming along with the rest of the staff. The gym is smaller than most I've been to but their 'busy' hours aren't bad in comparison. They also keep the place clean which is always a plus.
I'd recommend this place to anyone in the Reston area.

As an employee in the plaza, I was instantly recognized. Staff was super helpful and are always eager to help or give advice. Very well maintained and clean gym.

Please be cautious when canceling membership in this location. I took a letter of cancellation to this location during my last workout at the end of March, and today, 8/29 (yes 5 months later), I was looking through my old credit card statements and noticed that I am still being charged membership dues. I called the location and talked to Nick, The Ops Manager, and he said he does not have anything that says i cancelled my membership and that I still have to pay another month of member ship fees because they require a month's notice. This must be a modern day thievery. Please be careful when cancelling memberships here. I went thr some other locations' reviews and this seems to be a common practice for Gold's Gym. Time for a lawyer?

Been going here for years, back to when it was still Fitness First. Never had a problem, they've always been consistent. Once Gold's took over the operation only became better than before.

Neil is adored by my kids! He's friendly and understanding. The gym itself is not overbearing and had all the tools I'd need. Very comfortable and friendly environment whether you're trying to get fit or a veteran gym rat.

Has plenty of space and equipment. Not too busy, not creepily deserted. Cheap. No frills.
