Their recruitment is just as bad as their marketing or cloud platform. Very robotic, non-interactive, and out of touch. Very generic

Trying to get help with a Oracle Java through there help desk. It a joke. The one answer I keep getting is uninstall and reinstall. I have done that a few times. Any other help? Nope we are closing the ticket.. Or one ticket got sent to the wrong group. They just reply with we can't help you this is not that group. No we will not help get this ticket to the right group.

They are rude don't know how to treat customer they hang up the phone on you. Unbelievable worse experience ever! I asked to speak to a manager and the manager hung up on me.
