Fun place my wife and Son go all the time. My wife really likes to work out area and my son loves to go in the play area they both love the swimming pool they go probably two or three times a week just for the pool and especially the slide my son really likes the slide go check it out
We're actually not members, but we're part of a group Coach B is working with for some team training. Coach B is absolutely amazing. The boys love him. His training is awesome. On top of that, the place is clean. The workout facilities are nicely set up with plenty of options. The overall facility is nice and the workers are polite as well.
Wonderful facility. Good small theatre. Sliding scale for memberships. Do not have to adhere to their beliefs to join.
Surprise surprise...who knew this place was so nice? I only wish they would have more events for the public to go to here. Great place to visit.
Struggled with looking for a safe place to walk with all of the human trafficking fears. I love this place! It is clean and it is safe. Nothing but smiles, encouragement, and motivation. I wish that I would have joined years ago.

The pictures make it look nicer than it is. There is nothing for the 9-11 age group here. They are too young to be near teenagers...they aren't included in the under 8 play area...it's just a room with a tv really. It's not a play area or excercise room for these kids. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my kid to do nothing, so wasn't impressed. The pool slide wasn't opened...sometimes just the towels go disappearing that you leave out on the chairs so I'd definitely recommend leaving valuables away. It didn't seem like there was that much excercise classes during the daytime, only evenings or very early morning. The monthly membership is too expensive IMO. It has decent reviews, but is it being compared to a Ymca or One life or Vb rec center...probably not, since this is Norfolk city. If you don't have much to compare it to, it's nice. If you've been around and priced things...it's not a great bargain.

I canceled my membership in mid July, and have continued to have membership fees withdrawn for 2 months. So not only do they make people physically visit the center to cancel a membership, but even once that is done they continue charging you. I have tried calling and leaving voicemails to get this resolved, I finally just filed for fraud to be refunded.

Very nice facility, but too much "red tape". The "red tape" does not make it easily accessible to children in the surrounding communities to enjoy or benefit from having such a wonderful facility within walking distance.

The best place I ever experience in my life. Great helpful staffs. Mr William helped me sign up and was being sweet and greet me as I walked in right away. The classes are great and I never knew that this place. My spiritual father Mapp told us about it a while back and finally I became a member with my family. You all should come and join us. There's a lot of different activities here to do. I love to swim also day care is available. My family loves this place a lot. Here's the funniest thing we ask our kids to spend 4th of July in Busche Garden. They said no. They rather go to the krocks. Lol.
The Kroc has two ergs (rowing machines). Be sure to set the resistance down to something appropriate. When the machines are cleaned/reset at the end of the day they are always set back to 10! I believe this has discouraged many to use these machines because the resistance is so hard. Great place - have fun!

It's state the art center and I've never attended one like it before. I'm very impressed.
This is an amazing gym. This was my first experience with a gym membership and I fully understand why people pay for a gym membership now,you a dealing with a helpful staff that addresses you by name. I absolutely love going here. They offer so many classes at accessible times.

I absolutely enjoy going to the Kroc center. The staff is friendly, and they have something for the whole entire family. The machines are state of the Art. Pool is heated.
Great gym/ community center/ pool. My daughter loves it my wife loves it and so do I.
I spend a lot of time at the KROC center. I enjoy all the activities there. Very nice quiet room for seniors and I walk across the hall to use The Prayer Room.
