I joined the gym in May of 2012. I was at 228 pounds and had a cholesterol level approaching 240. I had a host of old injuries that plagued me which included knee and shoulder injuries. The staff of the gym put me on a training regime that strengthened the injury sites and an overall plan of total body fitness which included diet changes. Currently, I am 186 pounds and have a cholesterol level below 200. The staff at the gym has helped me achieve a level of total fitness that has had a significant impact on my life. Recently, I became ill with a life threatening illness, my doctor made it very clear to me that if I had not maintained the level of fitness that I had, I most probably would not have survived. You never know when your fitness will pay dividends. To the staff at Fitness First, thank you for all of your support, encouragement, and friendship. It has really made a difference!
