Best front desk staff of any of the Marriott properties in Hampton. Great staff makes for a world class Marriott stay. Excellent location near the city center. Undergoing renovations presently, once they're finished, this place will be truly amazing.
Excellent customer service. The room was very clean. Just an awesome area.
Convenient for business travels. No continental breakfast. So expect to get food at elsewhere early morning.
Very nice! Service was great, I would give this place more stars if I could!
i really like it. the staff is very nice but my favorite is jasmine who works the front desk
Clean and comfortable. I REALLY liked the Tea Tree shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser. Was really hoping to take my son swimming but the pool was outdoors.
Friendly staff. Easy access to section of hotel where your room is located. Comfortable beds. Very clean. The in hotel restaurant is good! Great place to stay.
Everyone has been fantastic and especially the AGM who went above and beyond. Always impressed with Marriott and the service you can expect when you stay! Thanks as always!

So far so good. Nina checked me in. Omg she was so amazing! Love her
Rooms are very clean and well appointed. Pool and fantastic lobby with lots of seating and a lovely, nightclub feeling. Great location near lots of attractions.

A great stay. Luigi at the front desk was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Being on the water was nice and having nearby parking was also helpful. Some of the ladies at the front desk were rather rude and unprofessional. The manager later fixed any issues.
Great for working in the area, not so much if you're working in Norfolk though as that requires driving through the tunnels to get across. The traffic can add up to 30 minutes on to your trip. Hotel is what you'd expect, nothing fancy but functional and clean. Staff are great here and always happy to help. There is a bistro located in the hotel for convenience and is reasonably priced, not the best food but if it's late and you need something quick it's fine. There is a millers gas station with a small store just up the road as well as multiple restaurants in the immediate area.

The hotel is dated but the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was ice cold and the young man at the front desk was incredibly nice at check in.
This Courtyard is on point. Super clean and quiet on a nearly sold out Saturday night. The staff is very friendly and goes the extra mile. When we arrived an hour after making a last minute, late night booking (roadtrip, exhaustion), our third party reservation had not come through and didnt show up anywhere, but the night auditor on duty (apologies, forgot names) quickly resolved the issue-making us an alternate reservation and getting us a refund on the original one in 10 minutes.
We slept great in their comfy beds, and the morning checkout and night maintence staffers could not have been more friendly and helpful. They also have a night security guard who patrols the parking lot every hour, a huge help for all of us leaving luggage in the car on a quick stopover.
This Courtyard is still on the red/cream decor and hasn't yet renovated to the newer turquoise color scheme that you find in larger cities, but everything was immaculate and well cared for. 5/5 will stay here again when we need a Hampton Roads stopover.
This is my hotel of choice whenever I come to Hampton. Its centrally located and walking distance from the Coliseum. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful and they are more than happy to bend over backwards for you. The workout room is perfect for a hotel it's size as well. It's a little rough around the edges in spots and could use a little updating, but that can be easily overlooked considering how well my stays have gone.

Beds are too soft. Like giant pillows. My back is killing me. Fitness center is pretty great!
Extremely clean and exceptional service! Staff helped me into my room as well as helped my child and I as we were locked out and offered a spare room to change him in the mean time. They brought me a clean towel as well as soap and a wash rag to clean him with in the mean time!!
Rooms were quiet and clean and the restaurant in the lounge area was really nice. Great drinks and snacks. The parking lot could use more lights.
Good location near NASA, with a decent mall across the road. Hotel is clean and modern.
Well I love the hotel and the area that's why I gave it three stars instead of one due to the fact that I found ants in my bathroom and the manager didn't say anything but I'm sorry. I had a video of it them crawling around while I was killing them but I couldn't post that. Again this might be just a one-time thing but I guess I wanted to post in case someone else is going to encounter the same thing. Room 250.
Second floor. Started overnight for work. Room was a bit warm. Comfy bed. Comfy pillows.
I had a clean, nice room near the pool. So convenient to the conference center and restaurants. Bed was so comfortable I was able to sleep well during my stay.
It was great. The cleaning staff was kind. The clerks at the front desk were very friendly and showed interest our visit. We we always greeted when we entered or exited the main entrance. Rooms were clean and pretty updated. Not to old looking. The bed was comfortable. Balcony does need some work it was a bit untidy but they could be due to the construction going on and dirt scattered by the wind but still it was a bit dirty but besides that great all around.
Clean and quiet. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. And the staff are friendly and helpful.. Slow Internet, unless you pay, is a detraction as is the lack of the ubiquitous Continental+ breakfast in many hotels.
Typical Courtyard with little "Bistro" with some breakfast and lunch food. The staff were friendly and it was a decent hotel. The hallways can seem endless. Location is near the Hampton town square and an easy walk for this reason alone this hotel is a good option. There is also plenty of parking and places to eat nearby,
Stayed at Courtyard by Marriott for an aerospace engineering workshop. The hotel was wonderingly accommodating for all of our needs as far as providing meeting spaces at all hours. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff has been very friendly. Highly recommended.
The checkin ladies were nice as nice could be, and they are the reason this place rates even two stars, as the rest of the hotel falls flat in pretty much every department.
The beds were incredibly uncomfortable (I STILL have a sore back), the light fixture in the bathroom looked like it was rotting off the ceiling, the toilet was very, VERY difficult to consistently flush, and there is apparently no padding under the carpets, which means every step across the floor echoes throughout the room.
I can only imagine how loud it must have been for the people below us, as mere footfalls sounded like bass drums as I would walk back and forth across the room.
The surrounding neighborhood is also extremely sketchy (it's Hampton, Hampton hasn't changed in years), and the parking lot is poorly lit. You stand a good chamce of getting hassled/accosted if you try to walk anywhere. Again, it's Hampton, this is to be expected.
There's also a restaurant in the hotel, but I can't imagine the prices were anything close to reasonable.
Staff was friendly, room was clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for our family with our 3 small children. Location was great with easy highway access.
Went here for a NASA program I was a part of. I can see now why NASA chose them. Amazing yet simple and small hotel to stay at and wonderful quality
Had a suite for two weeks, no breakfast buffet. Free breakfast from their restaurant if you have gold or Platinum status. No complaints about the room. Don't eat at the hooters up the street, got some food poisoning from them
