Diana is an excellent teacher, using her deep knowledge of anatomy and yoga poses to guide each class session. Very intimate studio, classes are often small. Sue is one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had! Very knowledgeable, attuning her classes to the requests of her students but also encouraging us to try new things.... more
