Diana is an excellent teacher, using her deep knowledge of anatomy and yoga poses to guide each class session. Her approach focuses heavily on alignment and body awareness and Diana does an amazing job adapting each pose so that students of all ages and abilities can be challenged, learn and benefit.... more
