Diana is an excellent teacher, using her deep knowledge of anatomy and yoga poses to guide each class session. Her approach focuses heavily on alignment and body awareness and Diana does an amazing job adapting each pose so that students of all ages and abilities can be challenged, learn and benefit. I highly recommend her classes even if you think you want more of an exercise or flow style yoga class. Its hard to overestimate the value of learning to practice poses safely and these classes provide a solid basis for any style yoga. As a middle aged man, I have found Diana's classes have improved my flexibility, core strength and body awareness.
