Its not your typical gym. People are on the equipment, using their phones. More than exercising. Guys in the locker room taking pictures, some clothed , some not. The staff sees these things and doesn't say anything.Thinking about cancelling membership. Only reason i haven't cancelled yet, is because it stays open 24/7.

I am cancelling my membership asap. This location told me I can't bring my jug of water to work out due to image. Sounds like this company cares more about itself than clients. If I pay membership, I should be able to workout at my own comfort ability with my jug of water, or Gatorade or etc. Extremely stupid rule and unfriendly staff. Onelife just gained my business....

Worst Planet Fitness I've ever been to. Makes me appreciate my home gym. Some of the machines missing the numbers for the weights. The dial on the machine missing the plate so you don't even know how much you are lifting. The shower is busted. Is that hard to replace a shower head. Too many machines for that small of a place. Not room to navigate. I did like the digital scales.

Clean, staff is friendly. You get a lot for the cheap price. I wish it was a little more spacious. Going with a group of friends and trying to work out together is challenging at times in my opinion. I'm considering checking out the other facilities to see if they have more room to walk around. They need more open space.

It would be great for a "judgement free zone" not to hire trainers that laugh at the guest during their workout.

Black card is worthless, both massage chairs are broken, the hydro lounge screens are broken and dont work, some of the equipment (treadmill, elliptical, some weight machines) are damaged. Even after bringing these issues up to the staff(weeks ago), the problems havent been resolved.

I really like that it is open 24 hours but it is hard to really get what I'm paying for (black card) when the trainers are not there around the hours I need or even provide opinions to make appointments.

Overall its a decent place except you can make a noise when working out and also the workers have always been nice but not all do thier job for example i have brought 2 guest with me not one time have i been asked for thier ID that being said i call tonight to aak whats the policy not one time did they mention oh they have to have an ID and so i make my way there with a guest and boom asled for the ID most 13 y/o dont have an ID. I just wish i was always asked for thier ID

Great deal for the price you pay. Open 24 hours, very convenient for someone who works odd hours or at night. Has tons of cardio machines and plenty of strength training machines.

Do yourself a favor and go to YMCA. The Y has better equipment, nicer crowd, better front desk, better management, kid friendly, elderly friend, has a pool, and did I mention the employees on the floor actually know how to use the equipment? Thats right! Gym Employees who actually work out and have experience using the equipment they are suppose to manage. Me and several others who are currently at the Y used to attend this planet fitness location regularly. The staff has changed and it is not in a good way.

Be very careful before signing up with this company. They are devious . I have made it clear from the begining auto renewal of this account was not authorized . I have checked it on 3 occasions each time having to have them remove the auto renewal option from my account. My membership is over this month. But the claim I authorized the auto renewal and now want to change me another months membership and a $50.00 cancelation fee. Llars ,cheaters and theives oh my.

There is a terrible employee there named Samantha. Shehas been constantly harassing me over the littlest things that no other staff member at this location has bother me with for the past 2 years. I repeat 2 years of coming to this gym minding my own business and this new hire Samantha, has been the only one to irk me on more than one occasion. Cancelling my membership!
