This gym and all the coaches are great! I've been going for over a month now, and thouroughly enjoy my training there. The coaches are very knowledgeable, tough, but fun at the same time. Ages for boxers range from 6 and up (I'm 42!). Great if you are looking to change up your workout as well as those looking to compete later on in the ring. It felt like family from the beginning! Come check them out!

I've been attending C4 boxing gym for about a year now. From the first day I came in to train, my expectations have been surpassed. The gym is held to a high standard of professionalism and cleanliness. Lastly, and possibly most importantly, the price for membership is excellent.
