Such a great gym home!! Tons of equipment- various for each body part you're training + multiples so you're not stuck waiting to use something! Also amazing atmosphere where you get that gym-home non commercial feel. Employees are always willing to help with smiling faces as well
Personal trainer Vinny is the best no matter your age or if you're bodybuilding or not. Makes exercising fun.
This place is great! I love that it's not too big and that everyone is very friendly. It has a family feel to it. Everyone is very welcoming. This gym has everything you need and you won't find yourself waiting on equipment. The staff is superb! I have no idea where they find such an amazing staff! I tell everyone I know that is looking for a place to workout that this is where you want to be!

The people there are nice, the trainers don't mind helping you and it is a friendly environment. Their is a nice selection of weights from free weights, to machines, to treadmills, and ellipticals.

Love my gym, very hometown feel. But that doesn't mean small. Rather large space in shopping center atleast one if not two of every machine. Tons of dumbbells ranging from 3lbs to 150+ lbs

Amazing gym!! Friendly staff and incredible trainers who will change your life; overall, a fantastic atmosphere. A great variety of resistance equipment, dumbbells, and there's ALWAYS a bench available. It's also very affordable! Probably the only gym in the area with no joining fee. I recommend this gym to everyone I meet. It caters to people of all ages (18 & up) and fitness levels.
Great lifting gym. Clean and well equipped. Never need to wait for a piece of equipment as there are multiples of the most used types. Dumbbells up to 140 pounds. Feel free to grunt if you want. No judgements here either. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Staff promotes a friendly safe atmosphere for both men and women.

I have thoroughly enjoyed me experience at Universal Fitness. The gym has more than enough equipment and machines to handle its capacity. The environment is great, the people who workout there are kind and courteous to those around them, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The gym and bathrooms/locker rooms are always clean and organized. And along with having plenty of lifting equipment, they have over 20 different cardio machines, almost all with a TV with a headphone hook up. You can't go wrong here, especially for the price!

It's getting to the time of year when people start thinking about their goals for the coming year. If you are looking to add or change your fitness goals check out Universal Fitness. I've been working out there since it opened this past February and love it. There is a large variety of cardiovascular equipment, weight training machines and dumbbells. All the trainers are certified and very knowledgeable. You can workout at your own pace but the trainers are very helpful if you have any questions or you can sign up for personal training sessions at reasonable rates. The membership fee is also reasonable and is done monthly. If you are looking for a place to work out that is reasonably priced, conveniently located, with lots of work out equipment you need to check out Universal Fitness!!
