Staff extremely friendly and the studio is nice and clean
I purchased the Groupon for 10 classes and am flying through them. Everyone is so friendly at the studio and the practice is excellent. I've enjoyed all of the instructors I've had so far! Jessica's hot vinyasa class is that ideal challenging/calming balance I look for in yoga practice, the music is great and she's engaging. Would def recommend!
The room was barely warm and for a hot vinyasa session not intense at all. I barely sweated at all. Not what I was expecting based on their website and class description. Severely disappointed. Won't be coming back. Going to check out other places in the area.
Love this studio! All the teachers are so inviting and encouraging. It doesn't matter what level you are, they are there to guide your practice to the fullest. A wonderful place to come to!
CHY Candlelight Flow is always the perfect class to unwind yet still challenge you. I love that every class here, whether its a hot flow or light and warm or yin, its always something different and always a new challenge. The music is great also :)
I have been to this studio twice before. I had a great experience. I plan to start back again soon and stick with it now that my schedule has lightened.

Chesapeake Hot Yoga offers excellent training for both active and potential yoga instructors. The course material is applicable and relevant. The training staff is seasoned with a versatile knowledge base. The class times are great even for those who work full time. I thoroughly enjoyed the time spent studying yoga there.
